Yes — most weekends include showings, open houses, or client meetings. I'm available for time-sensitive conversations on weekends, though I prefer to schedule rather than surprise.

Do you charge for an initial consultation?

No. The first conversation — whether it's about a property, a market question, or just exploring whether we'd work well together — is always complimentary.

Can we meet somewhere other than the office?

Of course. I'm happy to meet at a coffee shop, at the property in question, or anywhere convenient for you.

Do you work with first-time luxury buyers?

Often. The luxury market has specific dynamics — financing nuances, contingency norms, negotiation expectations — that even experienced buyers don't always know. I'm patient about explaining what to expect.

What languages do you speak?

English. If language support is important to your transaction, I can refer you to bilingual agents in my network.
